PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Passion signed with Comcast Three Rivers Region to televise the team’s 2007 season, marking a bold new step in the sport of women's football. Comcast’s CN8 will air all Pittsburgh Passion home games regionally on Monday nights, 8-10pm, beginning with the Passion’s home opener, which can be seen on April 23.

The Pittsburgh Passion joins the Pittsburgh Steelers and Panthers in the “Your Town” Folder under Local Sports. Following each initial broadcast on CN8, all home games will go On Demand and be accessible to viewers anytime.

"We are honored to partner with Comcast as we continue to build this sport to positively impact lives. We anticipate great things for the future", said Passion owner Teresa Conn.

“Comcast is passionate about Pittsburgh and the Pittsburgh Passion adds yet another dimension to Comcast’s already robust On Demand sports content,” remarked Jody Doherty, Comcast Three Rivers Region Vice President of Public Relations and Community Affairs.
